    The challenge

Lead assignment, agent billing, and carrier commissions lived across fragmented GoHighLevel and QuickBooks workflows. Leads were falling through the cracks.

The middle of the chain, where lead packs, commissions, and carriers meet, was where work actually broke. Operations weren't scalable enough to open new offices without service slipping.

Leadership wanted agent accountability and a durable portal, not another layer of duct tape.

    What we built

    • Lead Pack system connected to QuickBooks and GoHighLevel
    • Multi-tier agent hierarchy with automated commission waterfalls across carriers
    • Book of Business and Agent Lead Profile
    • Agent Dashboard with Google Calendar sync and AI event summaries
    • Sales dashboard, custom form builder, and pitch decks
    • Support ticketing and security hardening

    Results

    • Recovered $15,000+/month in previously lost lead revenue
    • Full platform delivered in under 5 months
    • Commissions automated for 140+ agents and admin staff
    • Book of Business, support ticketing, Agent Dashboard, and form builder live in production

    What's next

Still on the roadmap together. These are goals, not finished work:

    1. 01

Phase out GoHighLevel onto the platform

    2. 02

AFHC Brain, an AI knowledge layer for agents

    3. 03

      A client experience portal

    4. 04

Operational readiness for two new offices by Q1 2027

We just wrapped Phase 1 of our software build with Sixth Summit, and I can honestly say this has been a completely different experience than what I've had with other development companies in the past. They were fast, responsive, and always willing to jump in and help when we needed it. What gave me the most confidence was that it was obvious they actually knew what they were doing, there was no guessing, no dragging things out, and no lack of transparency. With other teams, I've felt strung along or left in the dark. That was never the case with Sixth Summit. They delivered exactly what they said they would, and they did it well. We're excited to continue into the next phases with them.
