How we work
Remote-first, async-first, and embedded with clients. We hire primarily Canadian talent, with US-based hires considered case-by-case based on client and project needs. Here's the shape of a typical engagement from your side.
Kickoff with the client
You drop into the client's team, their tools, and their cadence. The first week or two is about understanding what success actually looks like, not just the brief.
Embedded delivery
Remote-first, async-first. You ship work the way you ship best: Claude Code, Cursor, GCP, and whatever else is the right tool for the job. Weekly client touch-points keep direction tight.
Ongoing optimization
Once it's in production, you keep iterating: shipping new features, tightening performance, watching what the data says. Engagements are long enough that you actually see your work compound.
